Swapping a PVR250 for a PVR150

After many years of good service it is time to retire my PVR250 tuner. It can no longer pull in a good picture, it gets all wobbly. This was my first tuner that I bought with SageTV v1.4 and has served me well.

I also have an AVRMedia A180 and a HVR-1600 in use.

What is the best way to do this card swap? Do I need to reinstall drivers for the 150? I know that at one time we would need to run a hwclear to clear out the old hauppauge drivers, but will this clobber my hvr-1600?

I dread touching the tuner cards as they are working, and it seems anytime I touch them I have some debug to do to get them working, but with the demise of the PV250 I have to make this change.

I chose the PVR150 because I already have it and I need an analog tuner so the silicondust just wont work.

Anyone do this recently or ever? Any suggestion welcomed.
