Shaun the Sheep... always cut off
Trying to get Shaun the Sheep recorded. It is only 5 minutes on Disney.
The guide show it from 7:55 to 8:00 AM. I have it set with 20 min of end padding and it still ends about a minute early. I have tried w/ 2, 5 and now 20 min all with the same effect. I have checked that padding on back to back favorites is turned OFF. I have checked the schedule for conflicts and can find nothing. Any suggestions?

So, is the padding getting recorded or not? If not, then the padding is probably getting removed.
The option to remove padding on back to back Favs on the same channel is set to No or Yes, rather than Off. - Andy

What version of SageTV are you using? I'm not sure if there was a padding issue a while back, but that's possible.
When you highlight the scheduled show, what does it display as the scheduled record time at the top of the screen, or on its detailed info screen? Are you setting these shows to be Manual Recordings? If so, older versions didn't inherit padding automatically, but now it should show that as an option. Are those shows getting caught by the Favorite you think applies? Select the show, choose the Record option, then adjust the Favorite settings to see what applies. Maybe there is a different Fav w/o padding. - Andy
