Channel guide setup

Hi. I'm confused on how to get my channel lineup configured. I'm using a HD-PVR with Dish Network. I went into the SageTV setup and to Setup Video Sources, selected the HD-PVR source, and then Channel Setup.

Here is where it lists all the channels which have a green dot by them if they're enabled and blank if not. I went through and selected everything that is a part of my Dish package and disabled those channels that aren't. Then I select Done and Finish Source Setup and then go back to SageMC.

The problem is when I go to the program guide it is not excluding the channels which I've deselected. I go back to channel setup and they are still showing no green dot. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get those channels to not show up in the guide?

Ok, never mind, I figured it out. I had missed the sticky to use default STV for config changes when I initially picked my channels. Trying to figure this out I had gone back into default STV but things looked right. To fix it I had to toggle the channels on and then back off in order to get it to save correctly.
