Problem with Sage transcoder format

I found a posting where someone created a transcoder format to use to copy a video from Sage recording folder to a different spot. I copied this format to my sage.properties file :

transcoder/formats/Copy-MPG\ Move\ Play=f\=mpg;[bf\=vid;f\=copy;][bf\=aud;f\=copy;]

When I tried using this format it failed, but I do not know how to determine why it failed. Do I need to turn debugging on? Will an error post to the log? Can someone help me please.

here are others I use to copy AVI or Mp4

transcoder/formats/Copy-AVI\ No\ Encode=f\=avi;[bf\=vid;f\=copy;][bf\=aud;f\=copy;]
transcoder/formats/Copy-MP4\ No\ Encode=f\=mp4;[bf\=vid;f\=copy;][bf\=aud;f\=copy;]
