Transcoder Problem - Custom Profile

I have the following custom profile configured in my sage.properties file. I am able to access the profile via the Sage GUI, but the transcode job never completes. Another symptom is that the progress starts out with []% (instead of zero) and about a minute later switches to ∞%.

Anyone else see this before?

1. you are using a custom profile to copy an MP4 to another destination.

2. The ∞% means that he timeline on the MP4 you are transcoding is messed up this happens sometimes when you encode using an external job... Sage picks up the wrong timeline. The job will complete and the resulting file will be fine with correct timeline.

3. Sage by default does transcoding of jobs in Idle priority this means that if you are encoding or doing any other CPU intensive job (comskip etc...) it will run for a loooooooonnnnnngggg time.

4. You can change the xcode priority in Sage properties to belownormal... that will help.
xcode_process_priority_offline=idle change to xcode_process_priority_offline=belownormal

Attached is a sample of a job I am running right now. It is trasncoding ok the tmp file in the destination directory is growing. You will notice the timeline is red.
Also attached complete and new time line minus commercials.

So the red at the end it because the commercials have been removed?

BTW, you using VideoRedo or Mencoder for the removal?
