My HD200 keeps crashing since latest update. - FIXED

Well I seem to have really messed thing up. Here is the sequence of events:

1. I was running the latest HD200 beta version. It kept 'loosing' the network. I'd turn the unit off and when I turned it back on, it didn't have network connectivity (green, network activity LED still flashing). The only way to recover was to pull the plug and do a hard restart. It wasn't a matter of loosing the IP lease since I was using a static IP.

2. I decided to go back to the latest full release, (20081230 0) which was worse. The unit kept locking up.

3. Finally I decided to go back to the beta rev., but the download froze at 18%.

What can I (safely) do now to get it working again?

Crisis averted. Since it was during the download phase and not the flash phase I figured it would be safe to power-cycle the HD200 and start over. It made it all the way through this time and is working great (not sure if the 'loosing the network' problem is fixed or not).

I have to say that the latest version and sage and latest firmware (beta) for the HD200 is the best i have ever used. Haven't had one issues since i updated last week and fully tested it this weekend. I will continue to do further test this week.
