Jump to a specific date in the guide

Does anyone know if there is a way to jump quickly to a specific date in the guide? I wanted to check to see if a show was on for the following week and could not figure out how to get there without scrolling through a weeks worth of guide data to get there. I am sure there is a quicker way but I haven't stumbled across any way to do it.

Forgot to mention that I did do a title/keyword search but that just seems like more work than necessary.

I believe the skip-fwd ii and skip-back ii keys jump forward by a full day, making it really quick to get where you're going in the 2 weeks of guide data available.

Thanks for the advice Fuzzy but that only provides a page skip which translates to 1.5 hours of advancing. This is for the MVP so I will see if I can customize something in the remote to move it ahead 24 hours.

Enter a number and then Skip FW or Back and it will jump that many days.

or if you just want to jump 24 hrs with a single button click check this import out that i wrote for sagemc. It maps the skip fwd 2 / skip back 2 to 24 hours jumps.

My FF2 (or is it FF3) jumps a full day, so I think it depends how your buttons are programmed...

using SageMC or the default STV? in the default stv this is true, it works by default. In sagemc it didnt work, hence i wrote the import to mimic the default setup. My setup uses the standard button mapping, nothing fancy.
