SageMC TV Guide - how to change date

Hi, I am new to SageMC and cannot see how, in the TV Guide, to advance the date view by one day at a time, like you can in the basic SageTV menus by pressing the >>>| key on the remote or from a PC, using the mouse to click on the arrows next to the date.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, is there any documentation on which keyboard keys on a PC do what in SageMC?

Press the number 1 key and then the FWD key it should then advance one day, when you press a numbered key you should see it on the screen on the top left part of the guide.

You can use any numbered key (1-9) to forward the guide by that amount of days. Mine has a max guide data of 14 days so thats obviously the maximum number of days I can view in advance.

Thanks for the advice - that works, how would I do it from Sage client running on a PC without a remote control?

Where can I find out about other such shortcuts?
