Have you done a channel scan yet? If not, and this is a digital tuner, then SageTV has no tuning info to work with.... so perform a channel scan.
If you have already scanned, then I guess I would suggest filing a bug report because previews should work & SageTV would probably want to see what is happening. - Andy

Sigh, another bug to submit. Wish it was easier to collect logs/etc... |

I am having the same problem with previews as VCRUser.
I also just filed a bug report for an HDHR channel that refuses to work in Sage but works fine in VLC viewer. All my other channels from HDHR are working.

I'd like to say a big Thank You to you and to the testers on this thread for the channel scanning enhancements. Comcast moved the local Fox HD channel recently. I ran your new update scan and it fixed it without any further intervention from me. That was so nice compared to the manual steps that used to be required. Thanks! Jason

WOW cable in michigan QAM channel numbers are coming in the format of XX-X-YYY where sometimes YYY is the channel number.
