HDHomeRun Delay in Tuning from Antenna

Here's my setup:

-SageTV MC installed on iMac
-HD200 extender
-HDHomeRun w/ one tuner hitting my antenna for OTA HD and the 2nd tuner tuning QAM from my cable company

One minor annoyance that I haven't been able to figure it out that presents itself in three different ways.

1) I regularly notice a delay in tuning from my antenna. When I first select a channel from the program guide that's being delivered from my antenna, it typically goes "no signal" until I manually change channels once or twice and return to the intended channel. Then it tunes fine when I select from the guide.

2) If I tune to a QAM channel and then try to tune back to an antenna channel I will often get the same behavior.

3) When I will set a recording on a channel that's tuned from my antenna, I will consistently see that recording start EXACTLY 5 minutes late. This isn't a time sync issue. I believe it's related to the common issue above. I think it's taking 5 minutes to actually tune the channel with no manual intervention.

I've been spending quite a bit of time googling this topic but I rarely land on a hit where the symptoms/configuration are the same as what I'm experiencing.

Any thoughts?
