Wierd issue with sage every night at 21:23 (9:23PM)

i have something wierd going on with my sage install

same thing happens every night if i try watching something that is still being recorded and the funny part is it is always around 21:23 or so.
if i start recording at 21:00, usually i'd start watching around 21:15 or so to skip thru the commercials. as soon as it gets to 21:23 and i catch up to that point, i can not fast forward anymore at all. and if i compress the video, it gets cut off right at that point. the only way to watch the recorded file is, to put sage to sleep and open the file in media player classic and watch it.

now i was watching the processexplorer program (similar to task manager) and all i see there is a bunch of IO spikes on the chart, no new programs being launched or anything. i disabled comskip alltogether during 8-10pm and that had no effect at all either.

Could anyone have a look at my sage_log files and see anything wierd around 21:20 to i guess 21:25 in there. i even tried switching the stv to the default one, and still same thing.
