Sagetv 6.5.9 and Vista 64 some hd channels stutter

Sagetv 6.5.9 and Vista 64 some hd channels stutter

In Vista 32 bit I just went to frey technologies and adjusted the buffer size in regedit, but in vista 64 i dont see that option. Where is it?
