Sagetv stutter when playong h.264 HD Dish Channel

I got Sagetv working with DVBDREAM. All channel working great except HD channel using h.264. These channel stutter like crazy as if playing in slow motion. Codec used is Motionconcept.

I ready somewhere the solution was to increase some buffer in sage.property file but cannot remember where. Can someone please help? THanks

HKey_L_M\SOFTWARE\Frey Technologies\Common\DSFilters\MpegDeMux values NumBuffers and BufferSize.
I currently have these set to 100 and 20000 hex, respectively.

Try Arcsoft as your H.264 decoder.
