Video Library Font Size Change?

Is there any way to change the font size on the names of the videos/DVDs in the Video Library while in Folder View? I would like to make it a little bit larger if at all possible. I have been looking a font size setting that will change this size. I have played with all of them I could find, but none seem to make a difference.
