Purging Watched Shows - Looking to backup harddrive

I am looking to do purge out my watched recordings before I backup my harddrive remotely.

Is there any easy way to do this?

If you have the "hidden extras" menu activated in the base stv, you can right click the file or folder> delete all> only watched. That will immediately delete the watched files in the sub folder.

I haven't used it, but I think you can also use Neil's webserver to select the files to delete from the web interface.

You can use the Delete command on any group of recordings for an option to delete all, delete all watched, or delete all don't like. This is standard in the default UI.

In the malore recordings menu mentioned above, you could group all recording into a single group in the left pane for an easy way to delete them all at once, then use right click as mentioned above or select the group & use the Delete command to delete all the watched recordings.
