HELP - Remapping all messed up

Everything was working perfect for many week/months. I had remap the Clear
QAM channels to there respective Cable lineup and the cable company stopped
moving the digital channels around. I was ALL grate, Until...

The other day I turned on the TV and all my Clear QAM digital mapped
channels showed no signal. My first though was the cable company moved the
channels around agene. SO I check this with my digital TV that is also
connected directly to the cable connection. The channels were all there and
in the right place! I then checked my cable connection to the server tuners
(HVR-1600) by swapping the analog digital tuner cable connections. No change
still had no Digital TV in the correct slots or at all, only analog TV.

I started playing around with the adding and removing the video source in
the sage program. I re-scanned all the video inputs and now my digital
channels are back on their weird number format. Now I have been trying to
Re-map the digital stations back to match the cable lineup. For some reason
I can't get it to work right.
(
Example: clear QMA channel 102.9 should be cable's HD channel 784, 114.9 should be HD channel 787)

I tried to "Map Different Station to this physical channel" from and to both
ways and either the channel number did not show correctly or the program
guide did not link to the channel and only one way got me a picture. When I
try to reset the mapping I lost the channel from the lineup all together and
had to rescan the digital station over and over to try to get it back. This takes a lot of time.
Now when I remove and add back the tuners some of my previous mapping comes back and still does not look right.

I have been updating the sage software from the Bata's to now the newest
release ver 6.48 Every thing was working with Bata 6.46

I don't know what is going on and I have put lots of days trying to figure
this out with no answers. Sage Support has not been able to help
