Dumb question

I have been using SageTV for about 6 months with the SageMC customization...and it is awsome. Have 4 extenders and the WAF is at an all time high.

However, I have two questions that I can't figure out..probably dumb questions though:

1. In my SageMC TV Guide, there are various icons next to each show. One is a purple HD, so that one is obvious. But there are others like "green 1", "yellow 1", "blue 1", etc. What do they represent, and is there some sort of faq I missed to explain?

2. In my SageMC Videos, there are categories like "Action", "Adventure", etc. The wife loves this feature. However, each category has several thumbnail pictures that seem to be "canned". They are not from any videos we have in each category. For example, the Music category shows Hendrix, etc. Can these thumbnails be turned off?

Green 1 = First Run
Yellow 1 = currently tuning using tuner #1
Blue 1 = Is scheduled to record or has been recorded using tuner #1

Those are the default genre icons. You can get rid of them by deleting them from the GenreIcons folder in your current theme. (Or you can replace them with your own icons.) Alternately, you can switch to the file system view and organize your videos in folders however you like.

The things that are the same as the default STV are addressed in the SageTV Manual. Things that are SageMC specific need to be updated in the SageMC wiki.

The wiki is fairly new and it's on my to-do list to help update that wiki.

In the meantime, this SageMC thread has lots of SageMC tips, tricks etc.
