BSOD
When trying to scan for QAM channels my server does a BSOD when Sage gets to about channel 4. WinTV can scan just fine. Is there anyway to use the channel data from the WinTV scan?
My system specs are: Windows Server 2003 SP1 SageTV 6.4.2.170 (running as a service) HVR-1800 running version 3.4D1 drivers Intel Core2 Duo E6550 4GB Ram Everything else with Sage seems to be working just fine and I can tune and record with the analog tuner of the HVR-1800. Eric |

Nobody has any ideas on what the problem might be?

Since you are using the beta, file a bug report.

I don't remember. I will write it down next time I cause it. But I'm not too excited about causing it again since it is my main server and things on the network don't like it when it quits responding

you might be able to find an event log message containing the stop code.

I did find the event code and it is 0x0000007f.
I work for a while directly with Sage support but they were unable to resolve the problem so I am giving up on the digital tuner. Even in WinTV I couldn't get very many channels so it wasn't worth the hassle. |

I found that driver yesterday and gave it a try but it didn't make a difference.
