Track Numbers In FLAC Tags Not Showing Up

I've recently upgraded my MCE 2004 to SageTV so I could install WMP 11 for streaming from Netflix. Since my media center is no longer tied to WMP I'm converting all my WMA lossless CD rips and all my new music to FLAC. I use MP3Tag 2.40 for tagging the files. Everything shows up correctly in SageTV except the track numbers. All tracks are number 0, although the tracks are in the correct order due to the filenames. I've verified this by changing the name of the first file and seeing it shift to the bottom of the album listing in Sage and back to the top when I changed it back.

I don't have this problem with WMA or MP3 files, just FLAC.

Edit: I tried installing the latest version on my desktop PC and it gives me the track numbers for FLAC files. It must be something in my media center PC's configuration, but I don't know what.
