FLAC and WMA audio tag problems

I have problems with non english characters in tags.
The are showing OK for Mp3 files but not with FLAC or WMA tags.

I tried mp3tag to change different type of tag coding with no luck.

Anyone had success with FLAC or WMA lossless with non english characters ?
