No tuning @ the first attempt

Hello Sagies,

SAGE is already running fine, but there is one open point I cannot resolve:

My EPG and channel setup is OK, but when I open LIVETV for the first time, for example after startup, I see only a black screen followed after few seconds of the "NO SIGNAL" window. - Then, when I change channels by pressing the up or down button two or three times, tuning suddenly works and from this point on, I can change channels without any problems anymore.

It seems to be a initial tuning problem, but I do not know how to come forward.....

Does anybody have some hints for me??

Are you using a cable/satellite box? I know that some Dish boxes will idle timeout after a certain period. To fix this, just choose the "always tune channel" selection in sage. That will get it to change the channel everytime a new show starts and the cable box will think someone is at home and won't idle timeout.

Please give os some details on your harddware. What tuners are you using eg.
