6.3.9 RC install creates tuner problem

I installed first the new HDHomeRun software and then 6.3.9 RC and now I get an error that "channel not available on tuner" and I was not able to get any channels. I have a Hauppauge 500 tuner. The HD channels via the HomeRun worked OK. I tried removing the video source and reinstall it - but this crashed Sage service and it had to restart.

I dropped back to 6.3.8 RC and everything was working - had to reinstall the one source that I removed.

The installers have been temporarily removed until we correct this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

No problem. Your RCs are better than most vendors. Most of the time they are an improvement. I was concerned that my configuration files were trashed, but that did not happen.

Same issue here.. except I have a Hauppauge 500 and a Hauppauge 1600.. both cards error out when I try to use them.. the HDHomerun seems fine.

Glad it isn't just me! I've uninstalled and re-installed just about everything trying to get it back!

I'll have to live off the 2 HDHomerun tuners until this is fixed.. Yikes!

There was a code synchronization issue with the build process. We're rebuilding it now and it'll be uploaded shortly. We'll post when that's done.

That'll teach me to download an update the night before I install it instead of waiting till I'm ready. Killed my tuners and brought up a ton of conflicts. Rolled back to .8 and all is well...

You can just change the number to 9 on the 6.3.8 link and it appears to download for me.

I tried http://download.sage.tv/SageTV_V6_3_9Setup.exe.

It seamed to want to download for me but I'm at work so can't test.

Yeah, it downloaded fine for me..

You can go here and just change the numbers to 6_3_9 instead of _8.. I'm sure Narflex will fix the links very soon!
