using ffdshow audio can lose sync when FF..

anyone ever find a workaround to this? dvd and xvid playback is just fine when ffdshow isn't thrown into the mix but add it and any FF through the movie will cause sync loss.

i know theatertek had a problem with this too for a while but fixed it - any other way to do it in sage - and no, i don't want to load reclock. not very fond of that application.

thanks.

Hmm, I actually don't have this problem. I use ffdshow for all my Divx and XVid.

hmmm... i'm referring to specifically within the sage videos and sage dvd interface?

i don't get this problem in zoom player (or in mediator for dvd's) only in sage when i throw ffdshow into the mix.

my htpc badly needs to be reloaded though and i may have caused this myself since i've kinda playing around trying to figure the bare minimum best programs and codecs to install when the time comes.

This is within the Sage interface. Though I may not have watched hours in a row on it for awhile.

Anyone else getting this?
