VF waiting for data to appear in new file

Has anyone seen this error in the SageTV_x.txt log file before?

I just rebooted my server, nothing else, just a start button-restart. Now I cannot seem to get any live tv to show.

I just get a black screen and 'No Signal'. Using a HDHR Prime with no problems. If I open HDHomeRun application on my Win10 machine I can click on a channel and it starts to play it in VLC, so I know the tuner is working ok.

I check the server hard drive and it creates the file but it stays at 0 bytes.

The log file just shows it repeating this over and over again.

After two more reboots it magically went away. Can watch and record live tv again.

I hate phantom problems that go away on their own with no idea why.
