HDHRs quit working

I've been gone for quite a while, but I'm trying to use a HDHR Connect Quatro and a Connect Duo. They were working prior to today, but now I'm getting no signal on all channels on all tuners (from Channel Set Up Preview). I did load the latest beta firmware so I'm afraid that's causing a problem with Sage. I can open the HDHR program and see that the tuners are working fine. I vaguely recall that there was a trick in how the HDHR is set up for BDA. Can anybody help?
