64-bit better but still sluggish at times

upgraded to 64-bit and it appears to taken care of or lessened the spinning circles in most cases.

I still am getting some spinning circles/delays at times when starting or stopping recordings or videos. Sometimes they start/stop right up, others take a bit. Seems to happen more when stopping one and going right into another, but it might just seem that way
