Missing Channel - DirecTV Charlotte NC

Checked with DirecTV and they say we should get channel 603 The Cowboy Channel.
Checked the Channel Setup and it jumps from 602 to 604, and no option for 603.

Is this a SD issue or Sage issue?

1. Maybe Channel Setup -> Channel Sorting Method has "List Enabled Channels First" checked?

2. Go to SD website and check the desired lineup to see if 603 is included.

Figured out how to view SD Lineup on their website. I see that channel isn't listed there. Opened ticket with SD

BTW, anyway to "manually" add a channel? Understand that there wouldn't be EPG data but could do Timed Recording for it while waiting on the lineup to get fixed.

You can always modify a channel you don't care about to tune in the new one.

I got a Sage message today (or maybe yesterday, I'm not sure) that this channel has been added to the EPG. I'm pretty sure this means that they are going to add new channels for each of the other Village People soon ...
