No EPG data for NFL Redzone

I'm using a cable card tuner on FIOS in the philadelphia PA area, and while I have program data for everything up to 11/25, after last Sunday, I have no data for NFL Redzone (and it subsequently didn't record today!). Strange that it would be one channel, so I have no idea where to look for the problem.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

The first thing I would do is force all of the airings to be updated by deleting sdmd5sched and forcing an EPG update. If the channel doesn't come back after that, I would put in a ticket with Schedules Direct.

Thanks, so are you saying that deleting sdmd5sched WILL force an EPG update, or I need to delete it then MANUALLY force an EPG update? If the latter, how do I force the update?

Looks like that did it.

Stopped the sage service on the server, renamed the sdmd5sched and then restarted (went into channel setup and made a minor change to be sure it updated) and Redzone shows up for next week now, as does everything else..

One note, It doesn't appear to have created a new sdmd5sched file. Is that something left over from the old Sage EPG setup? Just curious...

Since doing a fresh/full epg update it will take awhile (hours). Once completed it will create the file

I can see how that might get misconstrued. Forcing the update is a separate step and not a direct result of deleting sdmd5sched.

Thanks for the follow up. I managed to get it set and just added a new channel that needed adding anyway. As I recalled, that would force the update. All is well now. Thanks again!
