Moving Win10 to unRaid

I've set up a new server (on old hardware for now) to try my hand at unRaid and to prepare for the disaster of a new production setup. I have Sage up and running, serving imported videos. That was remarkably easy...

I have two main questions:
1. DVB Support
I found the plugin for DVB, and installed it. After installing it asked me if I wanted TBS support (install one option) or others. I have a couple of TBS cards and a HD-PVR2. Can I run them both at once?

2. Related to HD-PVR2, can I still use my USB-UIRT to blast my Cable box?

Thanks for any pointers.

Rick

You can use the USB-UIRT although on Linux it can only support one zone. There are some threads on here about this - it uses a program called LIRC and like all things Linux it takes a bit of tinkering but works well once it is set up.

There are other options - I moved to firewire as my cable boxes support that and I have two cable boxes connected to HD-PVRs. My other tuners are HDHRs on the network so I can't help you with the other questions.
