Photos and Music

Is there a way in Phoenix 3 to get to Photos and Music ? (They were in Phoenix 2)

Are these available in PLite as well?

No, P3 and PLite are focused just on video content. There is a decent photo based screen saver in PLite, but not a way to browse them. If you are looking for Sage to handle music and photos your best bet is probably Gemstone.

It probably won't be as fast as the Phoenix* family - although I think @jusjoken is moving towards a full UI version in Gemstone 2 (as opposed to a heavily modified default STV) which will likely speed things up...

I believe that Phoenix 2 supports Music out of the box.
If I recall there is a mechanism to add Photos to the menu ... but cannot t recall the process.

Can you give me a tip on how to add Photos to the top level Phoenix 2 menu?

I will also check out Gemstone when I have time.

I'll see what I can remember next time I'm at home on the sage box - haven't run P2 in a while.

I think there was some kind of landing zone editor in there that let you add a new item.
