Photos in 2.0.14

Does anyone have the photo viewer working with large
photo directories? I'm using a PVR 350 and can see
my pictures on the TV if I try to look at a directory with only
a few photos in it (on the order of 25 or so). However, if I try
to add a media directory that has about 1000 photos in it,
the program just freezes up. I remember reading in the release
notes that there was a memory problem with photo viewing,
but I can't find that line in the release notes now.

Anyway, some thoughts, help or shared pain would be
appreciated.

Thanks.

We are still working on optimizing the photo library so I would wait until it's finished before loading any large libraries.

Yeah, the program basically becomes unrepsonsive if you add a library directory that has a ton of subdirectories weith pictures in it.

It doesn't lock up, but it rfeally grinds away creating the thumbnails... Hit a key like HOME, and maybe in a minute or so it will go there. This is in .14 or .15.

Needs work.
