HD-PVR IR Blaster

Hi
So I have an HD-PVR I'm setting up with the unRAID docker. I have installed the unRAID DVB Edition plug-in and chosen the LibElec version that matches my unRAID version. Rebooted, got the HD-PVR to pass video along in the preview. Things are going good. However, I'm not sure how to configure the IR Blaster for just the 1 HD-PVR that I'm using that is part of it. I have read through a few threads but am still lost.

Few Questions
1.) I assume I need to create a script for gentuner? (https://github.com/jwittkoski/GenericTunerPlugin)


2.) How do I find what remote codes to use? (I have a very small tv provider, Cincinnati Bell Fioptics and they use "entone" boxes. ) I think maybe this would work for me? http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/entone/


3.) If I can't use the blaster that is built into the hdpvr, I have access a USB-UIRT. Are there any threads describing setting one of those up?
