hdtc-2us firmware update broke SageTV 7
SageTV 7 broken due to hdtc-2us firmware update:
Added new software driver to laptop for hdtc-2us on local LAN. After software downloaded, the install automatically updates the HR firmware. In and of itself the firmware is compatible with the old SageTV 7 software but the default transcode profile is changed to "mobile" (needs to be "none"). Issue resolved by changing the default transcode setting to none in the HDHomeRun config GUI => transcode configuration => default transcode profile => none Most users will not run into this issue but this post might help someone, Hope so!
