V9 - No longer downloading guide data

I have been running a V9 server (on Win10) for a couple of months in parallel with my V7 server. Everything was working fine on my V9 server until I noticed yesterday that it no longer has any guide data. When I look in the log files I see the following:

Code:
Sat 3/5 12:14:02.118 [EPG@d42ee] ERROR Updating EPG Source Digital Broadcast - M1M1J3
Sat 3/5 12:14:02.127 [EPG@d42ee] ErrorText:expand called on Digital Broadcast - M1M1J3 at Sat 3/5 12:14:01.740 expandedUntil=Wed 12/31 19:00:00.000 scannedUntil=Sun 8/17 2:12:55.807
EPG Expanding Digital Broadcast - M1M1J3 at Sat 3/5 12:14:01.748
Repeated errors in communicating with server :java.io.EOFException
When I try to change the zip code through the source setup it also gives a message that it failed to connect to the server. The PC is able to connect to the internet. I have turned off the Windows firewall and rebooted the PC.

Sage on this PC does seem to be able to access the internet in other ways - for example the weather info is updating and I can play Youtube videos.

edit - FYI I am running SageTV V9.0.4.224, Java version 1.7.0_79 and the OS is reported as Windows 8 6.2 (although it is Win 10 x64). I used a Sage V7 license key when I first installed V9 a while ago.

I updated to the latest version 9.0.4.232 and that seemed to fix this problem.

But there was some sort of a communication failure as Sage also didn't show any plugins available.
