Supported / Compatible Tuner List?
Is there a current list somewhere in the forums that I can't find? I found the following thread from Opus in 2007, but it still links to the SageTV system requirement page, which reroutes to the main page about the Google acquisition, and of course, none of the tabs at the top work anymore.
http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24615 I was curious because I was moving to a new Win7 machine that didn't have as many PCI slots as my old XP machine, but it does have PCIe x1 slots. Also, I was mostly running SD tuners to this point because I was kind of daunted by the prospects of digital and HD, but I'm trying to get into that. |

The other issue is that some of the really old tuners also don't work on 64 bit systems, or if you have more than 3GB of memory - like the PVR-150.

Yeah, I was going to do a separate post on my latest experience. I was running a PVR-500 which is basically 2 PVR-150s on one card, and had exactly 4GB of ram. I got it working by using Win7 to limit the memory to 4000MB (in lieu of 4096MB). After that the 500 tuner seems to be working fine.
Well, if someone can't copy out the old compatibility list, I guess this is a no on a current list? |

Just stick to HD-PVR and HDHomeRun, and you should be good to go.

Hmm, don't know that is going to quite work for me. Right now I'm running SD tuners and just getting into the QAM a little bit. I'll throw up another post to get some suggestions.

Not an updated list, but I found an archived version of the old compatible tuner list.
