Comprehensive and Accurate Supported Hardware List

Is there an accurate and comprehensive hardware list somewhere? I think the list of tuners is pretty good but it's a little fuzzy on what remotes, IR blasters, etc. are supported and I am not sure how often info is updated when I see links to IRMan which I think fell of the face of the earth years ago.

I guess what I am thinking is a table vs. the current format of separate lists and links would be useful. Go down tuner by tuner in the rows and have columns for Hardware Encoding, Software Encoding, Remote, IR Blaster, NTSC, ATSC, ClearQAM, etc. Hardware is a big consideration in getting Sage running properly and it seems to me that Sage shouldn't want me to have to search around to find out what to use.

Basically what I am looking for right now is a Hauppauge card that supports hardware encoding and that I can be ensured that I can use the Hauppauge IR blaster to control my STB (Comcast).

I think 'tested hardware' would be more accurate terminology.
