Move media between import folders but

I plan on adding a new 4TB USB 3.0 drive to my server. I'd like to move some media titles over from a smaller, slower drive onto this new one....BUT....would like like to keep the MediaFileID the same for each title after the move.

Is there any way to accomplish this? I rely on the MediaFileID for some custom VFS sorting (reverse 'chronological' import date).

Perhaps, shutdown Sage. Copy files (preserving folder paths) over from old drive to new drive. Remove old drive. Configure Windows to load new drive as the same drive letter as the old drive. Restart Sage.

Thanks!
