OSD does not time out after Comskip

I have one PC Client running Gemstone and after an automatic commercial skip the OSD info screen will pop up. This is the normal\desired behavior but it will not time out and will stay on the screen until I hit play. The extenders and my other clients do not behave the same way.

I have looked thru a bunch of options but can not find anything that might be causing this behavior.

Another Issue:
On my extenders when I go to TV\Recordings menu (Grouped by Series, sorted Alphabetically) I can not use the numbers pad to quickly skip to a section of the menu. On my PC Clients I can hit the number 9 and will immediately go to shows starting with "W".
I know the numbers on the Extenders remote are working with at least some other menus but they do not seem to work on the TV Recording menu. I have a lot of Series recorded and it takes awhile to get from A-Z using Channel up and Down.

Any hints to fix this would be appreciated. Probably just a setting but I can't seem to find it.
