comskip ini's

Does anyone know what the differences are in comskip for the network tv stations? I read a post a long time ago about having multiple comskip ini files for different channels and after about an hour of searching here I gave up and decided to post here about the differences in the networks. Comskip works good on my hd-pvr files from dish network. It seems as if CBS is off a some. I guess I was thinking about trying to do different ini settings for the networks.
If anyone has info on setting multiple comskip ini's I would like to here or be pointed in a direction to do that.
Thanks
Wayne

Also, forgot to ask, is anyone using the latest donators version of comskip? File sizes are quite a bit different in size
Thanks
Wayne
