USB_UIRT order - 3 weeks no reposnse
Hi, perhaps someone has some experience with this:
I ordered USB-UIRT on April 7-th and payed via PayPal. There was no response or confirmation of the order other than from PayPal. Last week I E-mailed the vendor Jon Rhees at orders@usbuirt.com and asked what was the status of my order. Again, so far there has been no response. Is that normal behaviour of this vendor? Should I ask PayPal to intervene? Thanks for any advise Frank |

I've never had problems getting with him, but I'm sure he's a 1 man shop, so if he was sick or something bad I'm not sure what would happen.
He does have his own forum. Ask there, too. As always, check you spam folder.

Thanks a lot. The last post on that forum was made around the time I ordered my USB-UIRT so it seems that the moderator has not been available since. I'll wait for another week and then contact PayPal.

I don't know how long this has been going on, but when I visited the website about two weeks ago, there was a message that they were out of stock until April 22 (the message is still there), so it might make sense that you haven't received yours yet I suppose.
I did however notice that you could purchase them on Amazon (in stock). |

Okay, so now it says out of stock until May 8th. Maybe he's on extended vacation or something.
