Don't use USB_UIRT on Hub

I have the USB2 Hauppauge and I realize that it is not suppose to be used on an external hub. However, I discovered that the USB_UIRT does not like the external hub either. The specific hub in question is the TARGUS model # PAUH210
After moving the UIRT off of the hub everything worked as expected.

What you may need to make sure is that you are using a powered-USB hub.

This particular unit gets it power from two USB ports. However, the UIRT does not seem to like this HUB

Very few USB devices enjoy being on hubs that don't have AC power adapters.
