Custom Menu Question

Probably something simple I am missing but...

I can create a custom menu for Gemstone and everything will work perfectly until I close the SageTV Client. When I restart the client nothing is saved. (Default Menu structure)

I can export the menu before restarting the client and once in I can import in the saved menu without a problem.

Is there a save as default setting some place I am missing?
This is my first attempt at a custom menu and I feel like I'm missing something simple.

Changes to menu items are saved automatically...no specific save function.

My guess is the menu save location is not writable...perhaps permissions?

By default (from memory) these are saved in userdata/gemstone/menus ?..

You can go into menu manager and change the location the menus are saved by changing the setting from "by client" to shared or some such and then pick the new location.

I had full rights to the default location so I am not sure what the issue was.
But... I change the location to .\STVs\Gemstone\menus and it worked fine after that.
