Do Internal HD PCI cards work with SageTV?

I'm currently using an HD-PVR with a USBUIRT to change channels on my Verizon FiOS STB.

I'm looking to get an HDMI PCI card for my PC, but wanted to know if SageTV would work with it.

Would this HDMI PCI card be compatible with SageTV?

I'd be concerned about buying a board that doesn't even have a manufacture's name listed. It also likely won't work with any HDCP encrypted HDMI output. It also says it only supports stereo sound. I'm not saying it won't work, but you'd likely have to build a network encoding program for it, or use sgraphrecorder to build a custom graph to record with it.
