Channel Lineup Lost from EPG Server

I just received a system message that the "Rogers Cable Inc. - Kitchener/Grand River" channel lineup information is now not being updated. Does this mean that I have 14 days of TV guide information left before I have to find an alternative method for importing EPG information?

Channel Lineup Lost from EPG Server

Today I got the message:

Channel Lineup Lost from EPG Server
The lineup "Digital Broadcast - 97209" no longer exists on the EPG server. Updates to this lineup will no longer occur.

I have an Avermedia Duet 716x BDA Digital Capture dual tuner setup with an OTA antenna.

I tried entering a slightly different zip code, and it didn't help. I get to a choose your provider screen which is blank, all you can do is go backwards.

Has anyone else got this message?

Same issue here. Deleted entries from the properties file, restarted Sage and immediately got another EPG data lost message. Checking the guide it is populated out to 1/16.

Yup, same message, Parksville, BC, Canada. Have EPG data until Jan. 16.

Tried editing the properties file as per the other post, didn't help.

The info in this thread may help:

http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54079

It fixed a similar problem for me quite a while ago. I'm not having any of these problems currently.

Unhappy

Lost here in Calgary Ab as well, Of all the days to update my htpc from sage 6 to sage 7, did it as a clean install and now I'm stuck with no guide data at all, just a message it couldn't connect to the server which I'm guessing is the same issue, since none of the workarounds worked

Really hope this is fixed very soon.

Talking Cannot Connect to SageTV Server

I was setting up my HVR-2250 #2 input as S-Video for feed from my DirecTV STB this AM. I got to the place in the setup where it requests my zip code for the STB EPG to be configured, and after a few seconds it comes back as "Cannot connect to the SageTV server....." I tried several times including different zip codes and selecting the input as a digital TV input just to see what would happen, but with no luck. My primary input #1 on the HVR-2250 is set up as digital over-the-air and the guide is fine. However, this has been set up for several weeks now. I was trying to get #2 input STB set up to use serial channel changing when this EPG guide issue showed up. Anyone else have this issue? Is the EPG for SageTV gone now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh Crap, the message came back and I scrolled forward in my EPG and there is a lot of No Data's... Now on to find that thread where it explained how to fix it.
