Video Library (folder view) Question

Hello,

I'm trying to arrange my video library which I use exclusively in "folder view", so that each episode of a particular season of a tv show displays the DVD/Bluray cover on the left (thats easy), but shows a episode specific thumbnail of my choosing above the text on the right. At one point sage was displaying the same image over there on the right, but I believe I disabled it at some point so that there would be more room for text. All i'm really looking for is all episodes to have a season-specific DVD cover, and then either have a episode-specific background picture, or thumbnail on the right. I'm not afraid to mess around in studio, but I dont want to waste time if there is an easier way to go about it. The family has hated all other video library solutions out there, so switching away from the default one is not an option for me. I have attatched a screenshot I made up to demonstrate what im looking for (although a background image would be even better)
