New Client, HDPRV mpg4 playback weird, mkv mpg4 fine?

All,
I'm trying to get a new client working, and ran into a weird problem. My recordings are mostly .TS files from a HDPVR, and they have a weird horizontal line about 1/3 down from the top of the screen, but my HD MKV files (mpg4 or VC-1) play just fine. Any suggestion on fixing this. I'm not 100% sure of my current setting, but I think the mpg4 setting is currently on the Microsoft codecs.

BTW, silly me deleted the files before checking them on another device, so there is a chance it was the recording! Also maybe a AMD CCC setting?

I would wait until you get another recording that has the problem then test in mpc-hc or vlc or another system.

Will do. I have 2 more that I can watch tonight, and I can try running them thru VideoRedo, also.

It was one of the default AMD CCC settings. I turned them all off, and now all my videos are fine! Forgot to do this the second time I built this system up.
