Sage only seeing one hd-homerun

I have 2 hd-homeruns connected. But sage only sees 1. The hd homeruns can be seen just fine in the homerun software and can tune channels just fine.

Now sage only sees the 2 tuners on 1 device.

I even tried plugging the non working device into the cables that the working one is using.

Also updated to latest firmware and reinstalled sage from scratch.

Any thoughts.

Thanks

Did you try swapping the power supplies? If one power supply is bad, the good and bad HDHomeruns will swap working and not working. The HDHomerun power supplies are pretty marginal and fail after a period of time. I think I've had a couple of those cheap, low quality power supplies fail over the years.

I moved all cables and power from the working unit to the bad one, still the same.

Make sure in your Sage Properties file that the tuner is not set to Ignore. Also make sure in the HD Homerun software it is enabled.

Example below.

mmc/ignore_encoders=Realtek HD Audio Front Mic input|Realtek HD Audio Line input|NVIDIA DualTV YUV Capture|Realtek HD Audio Stereo input|Realtek HD Audio Mic input|NVIDIA DualTV YUV Capture 2|

I definitely see the tuner in the properties files and it's setup the same as the working one in the file., Could find anything relating to it labeled "ignored"
