Reinstall & Upgrade Sage - Old Favs Now Not Recording

I had to reinstall the OS and as a result I had a pretty sloppy reinstall of Sage. I had an error related to the system clock that I worked around using the REGISTER startup parameter. I also tried starting with the old sage.properties, wiz.bin, wiz.bak and that didn't return any of my old favorites or recording history.

I got things to work (mostly) by using the sage.properties from the new install and the wiz.bin file that I had saved from the old install. Things look fine with all my favorites and viewing history in tact except that Sage will not schedule new recordings for my favorites. Intelligent recording works fine, favorites of shows that I've never favorited before work too. Sadly, if I remove an existing favorite and re-add it, it does not schedule recordings for that show.

I've looked at a show that is favorited from the favorites menu and some show the past airings but none show any future airings unless the future airing happens to be one of the past airings (rerun). If I search and find the same show through the search feature I see its future airings no problem.

I think that I am heading for a complete reinstall, but I just wanted to put this one out there and find out if anyone had dealt with it before. Any help is appreciated.
