I wasn't trying to say that the cache location change was the cause of this issue, just that he may have deleted the old cache location, and the current one was still there with the blank images in it.

FYI whatever was wrong isn't with the new version of phoenix api.

Is there a sure fire way to flush the cache and start from scratch?

If you're still having problems you could try the 1.0.6 version of the "Phoenix Fanart for SageTV" plugin. I've added a function similar to "Fuzzy's Malore Tweaks" plugin with control of banners in the description area and the addition of banners in the show item area in the malore menus.

If you try it you should disable the "Fuzzy's Malore Tweaks" plugin and the Phoenix Fanart for Malore Menus plugin, that gets enabled automatically when using the "Fuzzy's Malore Tweaks" plugin.

If Phoenix for Malore, and Fuzzy's Malore conflict, you should set a max version for each of them in your plugin manifest.

Thanks, I'd not thought of doing that. It'll be interesting to see what message the plugin manager ends up displaying.

Good plan Fuzzy, but I couldn't get maxversion to work. A search got me to here where it's discussed and they say it can't be done.

I didn't expect it to disable the installed plugins (in this case, the malore ones). If anything, I would have expected it to mark your plugin as incompatible.

It does make it my plugin incompatible, but the only way to get the plugin compatible is to have the maxversion set to >= the version number of the dependent plugin that exists in the repository and of course it then forces the dependent plugins to load.
