A backup forum now?

Anything can happen, from a pissed off hacker to a long, very vacation in Fiji of this Fourms administrators, where can we communicate if this forums shuts down overnight? I think AVSForums would be a good start

I'm more concerned by the possible loss of the troubleshooting and helpful posts on this forum, than somewhere new to go.

MissingRemote set one up for TheGreenButton when it went offline, so I'm sure it could easily be done again very quickly, if such a need arose. Note that, although I write for them occasionally, I do not represent the owner's views.

There is no need to worry about the forums, Google is keeping them open (confirmed via e-mail). While I have offered to host the SageTV forums as a subforum on CocoonTech.com (as I have done for the discontinued Motorola Premise software), it doesn't make sense to 'splinter' the forums for now.
